BECKY’S BEAN LOAF

Ingredients

3 cups cooked and mashed Casserole Pinto Beans
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup bread crumbs
½ small minced onion
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup quick oatmeal
4 tbsp water
1 egg
Fresh ground pepper
½ cup catsup or favorite barbecue sauce

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients except for catsup/barbecue sauce. Mix well and put into non-stick loaf pan.

Spread catsup/barbecue sauce on top. Bake for 40 minutes. Note: makes a great sandwich spread when cold.
