Product Production Team

After receiving a railcar and determining that it measures up to "Casserole" standards, our production crew takes over. Each person has been carefully selected for their strong work ethic, skillful talents and dedication. Most have been with us for many years and are knowledgeable and proud of the Casserole label cleaning process. Our Production Foreman, Ruben Gonzalez, along with his crew, expertly clean the beans to the greatest degree. Once they are free of all debris the beans are loaded into tanks to be packaged.

Albert Rodriguez runs our packaging plant with a proficient and dependable group of workers who together produce a finished product which is then shipped to your favorite grocery store.
